One Sided Love

It happens to all of us at one time or the other: we fall in love with someone who does not love us back the same way as we love them.

One-sided love is one of the most painful experiences to go through. The pain is especially great when it is first love. One of the cruel realities of human life is that for most people, first love is indeed one-sided love.

Love happens. It is extremely hard to consciously choose with whom, when and how you fall in love. So, it is almost impossible to avoid one-sided love.

When I was 15 years old, I have a close friend. Her name is SHE. One day she came and told me that she had met a handsome guy in the library. Wow that's great, it's a good news. I asked her, when did it happen? How was the story? And then she said today, I met that handsome guy in the library. I didn't see him passed in front of me, brought a lot of books, because I was in a hurry I bumped him. He wasn't angry and then I helped him to tidy all the book. He just smile and said It's OK never mind. And I said I am so sorry, I didn't see you.

The other day, she met the guy again in the library. The guy works as a staff in the library. She spent much time in the library, because she said that she was crush on the guy. The guy was cute, handsome, kind, and perfectly. She said like that. I suggest to her, if she really like the guy, she try to attract the guy attention, such as you pretend to find a book that really hard to find, and you ask him to help you. You may have a chance to talk to him. And sharing anything about the book. Something like that. And She was really done my suggestion. She was really happy that the guy was really nice person. She told to me. But she still don't know whether the guy have the same feeling with her or not. And I said, why don't you ask him does he already has a girl friend or not? That's good idea, she said. And then On the Friday she asked me to accompany her to meet the guy in the library. I was shock and surprised when she showed the guy to me. Look at the guy, he was the person I told to you. That one? Yes, why? Suddenly the guy came forward to us and said Diana, why you didn't say that you came here. Oh hi Andrew, let me introduce you to my friend she. I was already knew her, Andrew said. Really? Yes, she always came here to read a book in this library. So both of you know each other? She said, She looks surprised and shock. Off course Andrew said. Diana was my girl friend. Suddenly she said to me, Diana I was so sorry I didn't know that the guy was your boyfriend. It's OK so do I. What are you talking about? Andrew said. No, it just a girl conversation. she answered.
