Chelsea will release Maurizio Sarri for a minimum compensation on Friday to sign with Juventus, Sky Sport Italia said.
Juve director Fabio Paratici has traveled to London in the last few days for face-to-face talks with Marina Granovskaya.
The Stamford Bridge club originally wanted 6 million euros but was negotiated for much less including a performance-related part.
If everything goes according to plan, Sarri will rescind the contract by mutual consent on Friday and will be free to sign a
three-year contract with Juventus.
He will also meet with Giovanni Martusciello, the assistant manager he had at Empoli.
Martusciello was not allowed to leave Empoli for the role in Napoli, but now he can join his mentor in Turin.
