Marley was released from prison on Saturday after learning of his bail conditions.
He was reported by the Commission on Economic and Financial Crimes, EFCC, for issues related to Internet fraud, also known as "yahoo yahoo".
Speaking for the first time since his bail, the singer told of his experience in prison.
He wrote on the Instagram: "I had to help a lot of people in jail. I met a guy, he's been in jail for 9 years, but he's never been to court, because they still have not found him guilty. What if he's not even guilty?
"I met another black man in jail. [He] has been in jail for over 2 years because he is in a relationship with the rich woman's daughter and the woman has locked him for not leaving his daughter. "
